Go Travel Around (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand and trading division of AshPreet International Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act. AshPreet International Pvt. Ltd. is the legal entity issuing travel services, entering into contracts with customers, and responsible for obligations and liabilities under these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel products and services provided by us to you (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By making a booking, paying any amount, or accepting an itinerary, you agree to these Terms.
1. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
1.1 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AshPreet International Pvt. Ltd., trading as Go Travel Around.
1.2 When you make a booking, pay a deposit, or receive written confirmation, you accept these Terms entirely.
2. WHAT WE OFFER
2.1 We provide travel planning and arrangements, including:
– Tour packages
– Accommodation bookings
– Transportation (flights, trains, buses, cars)
– Sightseeing, activities & excursions
– Group & Private customised tours
2.2 We coordinate with approved partners and suppliers for services – we do not own or operate hotels, carriers, transport, or third-party services.
3. BOOKINGS & CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 A booking becomes confirmed only when:
– We receive the required deposit; and
– A written confirmation/itinerary is issued.
3.2 Until written confirmation, all prices and availability are subject to change.
4. PRICING
4.1 Prices are quoted in the currency applicable to the client’s region or billing country (including INR, USD, EUR, or other specified currencies). Where payments involve currency conversion, the final amount payable will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing and may include applicable banking, gateway, or international transaction charges.
4.2 Prices are based on current supplier tariffs and exchange rates at the time of quotation. Prices may be subject to change prior to booking confirmation due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, airline/fuel surcharges, or supplier-imposed revisions.
4.4 A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the travel arrangements. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
5. PAYMENTS & SCHEDULE
5.1 Standard payment plan:
– Booking Stage: Deposit (minimum 40%)
– Final Payment: Full balance 30 days prior to departure
5.2 For bookings within 30 days of departure, full payment upfront is required.
5.3 All payments must be cleared by the due date. If payment is delayed, bookings may be cancelled automatically.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1 All cancellation requests must be sent in writing.
6.2 Cancellation charges per person:
– 60+ days before departure: Full refund
– 45–59 days before departure: Deposit amount non-refundable
– 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
– 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
– 0–14 days before departure: 100% of total package cost
– No-show: 100% of total package cost
6.3 Some airlines, hotels, cruises, or event tickets may have different or non-refundable conditions; such terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
6.4 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 21–30 working days after full cancellation and receipt of supplier refunds.
7. AMENDMENTS & CHANGES
7.1 Changes after booking are subject to:
– Supplier availability
– Amendment fees
– Fare/price differences
7.2 Airline tickets may be non-changeable or non-refundable based on airline policy.
8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & VISAS
8.1 You are personally responsible for:
– Valid passport with required validity
– Appropriate visas & permits
– Vaccinations/health certificates, if required
8.2 We assist with visa documentation guidance where included, but are not liable for visa refusals or immigration issues.
9. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance covering health, baggage loss, flight delays, and cancellation is strongly recommended for all trips.
We are not liable for personal injury, medical costs, baggage loss, or delay expenses.
10. DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS & OPERATIONS
10.1 We do not operate any third-party services (airlines, ferries, transport, etc.).
10.2 Schedule changes or delays beyond our control (weather, airline changes, government restrictions, strikes, natural events) are not the Company’s responsibility.
10.3 Refunds or compensation in such cases depend on supplier terms and local regulations.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Go Travel Around and AshPreet International Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for:
– Loss of personal belongings
– Injuries, accident, illness
– Loss of enjoyment
– Delays or changes by suppliers
11.2 Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected travel services.
12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
12.1 You must:
– Arrive on time for departures & transfers
– Carry valid ID & travel documents
– Abide by laws and customs of destinations
– Follow safety instructions from guides/providers
12.2 Misconduct may result in the termination of services without refund.
13. PRICING ERRORS
In the event of a pricing error (system or human), we reserve the right to:
– Cancel the booking; or
– Request additional payment before confirmation
14. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
We collect and use your personal data for travel arrangements. Your data will be:
– Shared only with suppliers for service delivery
– Protected according to applicable laws
– Never sold to third parties
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
– These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
– Disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By confirming your booking, payment, or use of our services, you acknowledge that:
– You have read these Terms
– You agree to be legally bound by them
